Application period for FY 2013 Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG) is currently open and will close on December 6, 2013 at 5:00PM EST.
Please take note of the following key changes to the FY2013 Program:
1) 2002 Edition and older SCBA are now the main funding priority
2) Lower matching fund requirements for departments protection population areas >50,000 residents
3) State Fire Academies are now eligible for direct financial assistance
