Recently, we have seen an increase in activity of product concern reports relating to ClearCommand Lapel Mics and PTT assemblies where the products are not performing as specified. Upon inspection of the product, corrosion due to water damage found in the phono jack area of the product has been identified as the root cause.

All product evaluated in our Repair and Service facility displayed varying degrees of visible corrosion.
