The Completion report gives the team leader the flexibility to filter by a date range and select specific courses to be displayed. For team leaders who manage various locations there is also an option to select one or multiple locations. Date of last activity and certificates achieved by the team members will be listed on the report.

The Flexible Team report provides a snapshot into team members' participation in various courses. It provides the flexibility to filter by a date range in addition to other fields that can be displayed. Links are also provided within the report to view certificates achieved and historical records. A summary indicating the total number of users listed and the total number of completed certificates for the team appears at the top of the report.

These reports maximize information for team leaders to assess how well their team is performing in achieving their training goals. Reports are available in the Manager’s Report block on the MSA-U home page for team leaders only and are downloadable in Excel format to tailor and meet their specific needs.
