This year, Vannes – Brittany, was the host city of the 126th French Firefighters Congress. As a historical partner of the French Firefighters Federation, the French MSA Team could showcase the M1 SCBA on a 60 m² booth. More than seven French Fire Rescue Services have already converted to this future-proofed and modular breathing apparatus. GALLET F1XF flagship helmets were also presented, such as a new yellow photoluminescent colour, a red-dotted collector helmet from the Tour de France and a pink helmet to support women in firefighting and global cancer awareness.

In parallel, the UK MSA Team was fully engaged at the annual Emergency Services Show, Birmingham, UK. At the show, exhibit visitors could see first hand the new M1 SCBA for the UK and discover breakthrough innovations, including the new M1 Control Module, a dedicated Entry Control Board for incident monitoring, the MSA HUB base station, and the C1 voice communication module. All these innovations will future-proof breathing apparatus and improve the lives of firefighters in the UK for years to come. Also, at the event, MSA raised £1,512.32 for The Fire Fighters Charity through the M1 Readiness Race and the donations of the visitors.
