In that spirit, we will invite you to share your insights through our Annual MSA Customer Survey, beginning October 5, 2021. Your feedback from our 2020 survey enabled us to pinpoint actionable areas where we needed to improve. As such, we focused on the following to better serve your needs:
- Implemented a digital platform for sophisticated online product training, available 24/7 – with MSA University
- Launch the MSAsafety App – a sales companion that makes it easy to find and share information about MSA products
- Provide our Channel Partners an easy access and mass-download capabilities of product master data and marketing content for their online stores with the new Digital Content Catalogs (Salsify)

- Enhancing your MSA Website product navigation and search result experience
- Product quality feedback, analysis, and continual improvement

- Providing consistent and accurate communications on your specific order, delivery lead time, and status.
