The French Fire District SDIS95 Fire Department in the area of Paris chose MSA to help protecting the men and women who help keeping their citizens safe each and every day! Welcome to the MSA M1 SCBA family.  

The M1 ergonomics, its lightweight design, the G1 mask's unique comfort and the multiple attachment points on the M1 harness for other equipment such as TICs were the key drivers behind the customer's technical decision. Another key element was the unique rescue line with 2nd connection and CleanConnect function to secure a firefighter without disconnecting their demand valve. On top of this, the key driver for the overall success was MSA's respiratory protection expertise and brand recognition: their neighbours in Paris (Paris Fire Brigade) have been relying on MSA SCBA's since years.
