On September 30, 2019, MSA Link Pro Software was discontinued for customers in Europe (see original correspondence below).

On December 31, 2019, all MSA Link Pro support will end. As of this date, MSA/Safety io will no longer assist with MSA Link Pro setups and troubleshooting.

For this reason, we encourage users to switch to Safety io Grid Fleet Manager before the MSA Link Pro support discontinuation date.  We can help you migrate your MSA Link Pro data to Fleet Manager service so that you can access all your information.

Details/Background
In 2018, MSA created a software services subsidiary called Safety io, LLC to provide holistic safety solutions to customers. The Safety io Grid, a cloud-hosted industrial safety platform, simplifies gas detection programs via two exciting subscription services – the Grid Live Monitor and Grid Fleet Manager (the latter will replace MSA Link Pro). 

What happens to MSA Link Pro support after September 30, 2019?
1. The MSA Link Pro software will no longer be available for download from MSA webpages.
2. Updates, security patches, and repairs will no longer be provided for this software.
3. The software will no longer be validated for future Windows 10 operating system releases.
4. The License Key (MSA part number 10123938) will no longer be available for purchase.
5. MSAs Software Support will no longer assist with Link Pro setups. 
6. As existing MSA Link Pro customer you will still be supported but we strongly recommend to transition to the Grid Fleet Manager before the discontinuation date.
