More than 15 years ago, MSA introduced the demand valve AutoMaXX and the modular SCBA AirMaXX, followed by the AirGo SCBAs. After the introduction of the M1 SCBA end of 2018, existing and new MSA customers rely on our newest SCBA platform. Because of the high acceptance of the M1, our existing AirGo and AirMaXX SCBA systems have come to their end of life.

The following platforms will be phased out on August 28th, 2020:
•    AirGo SCBA
•    AirGo FIX SCBA
•    AirMaXX SCBA
•    AirMaXX eXXtreme SCBA
•    AutoMaXX LGDV (positive pressure only)

The following products will be phased out on November 30th, 2020:
•    BD mini
•    Unipack
•    UniScape
•    K800 Cylinder Valves

Existing contracts are not affected by this date and we also plan to continue offering spare parts of the above platforms for a 10-year period which is supply chain dependent. Please note that all negative pressure versions of the AutoMaXX including spare parts are not affected and remain available until further notice.

The M1 SCBA is a worthy successor and will be your platform for now and the future.
