MSA Bristol: Last updates on our Fire Protective Clothing product line
12/10/2021
Great achievements with the integration of Bristol to the MSA family: 1st in-person events as ‘MSA Bristol’ and a new Fire Protective clothing website

6 months ago, we were delighted to announce the acquisition of the Fire Protective Clothing manufacturer BRISTOL UNIFORMS. Together, we are continuing our mission to create a safer world taking this to the next level by providing head to toe protection for firefighters across the globe.

We are happy to share three major accomplishments with this new MSA BRISTOL product line integration:

-

  • Earlier this month, in addition to F2XR, F1XF refresh, LUNAR and the Connected Firefighter suite of products, we also showcased our latest offerings in MSA Bristol fire protective clothing at EMERGENCY SERVICES SHOW (ESS), Birmingham/UK, all of which represent a step forward in the company’s cutting-edge PPE of Top-To-Toe protection. This is the 1st in-person event with the MSA Bristol line associated with the rest of the MSA portfolio. Meet the team on our LinkedIn Post.
  • Just before the ESS event, we were pleased to launch a new dedicated website focused on MSA Bristol fire protective clothing. Visit this landing page now to discover our offering. This page will be translated in further languages over the next weeks.
  • MSA Bristol, together with its Australian Channel Partner PacFire, has secured a new contract to supply state-of-the-art structural firefighting PPE to ACT Fire and Rescue in Australia. ACT Fire & Rescue is in the process of transitioning to the next generation of structural firefighting personal protective clothing. Following an extensive procurement process, and a rigorous trial and evaluation period to test products available on the market, it has for opted for MSA Bristol’s popular XFlex range and ordered approximately 1,000 sets.ACT Fire & Rescue provides a rapid response capability from nine strategically located Fire Stations across the Australian Capital Territory and want the very best protection and technology on the market. Our XFlex fits this bill and is popular with firefighters across Australasia and the world, consistently performing well in user trials thanks to its light weight and flexibility. Find out more about XFlex on our website.

We will keep you posted over the coming weeks regarding the next steps of this integration.
