Thanks to our team, they work in all possible aspects to shorten the delivery time. However, we are left with no other choice but to stop accepting any orders for the motionSCOUT once the current stock is depleted. Therefore please rush your orders for the Part Numbers readily available in stock. Note the motionSCOUT Part Numbers will be blocked until supply chain issues resolved. As an alternative, we encourage our customers to consider the devices with SingleLine to equip SingleLine SCOUT (10183243) or devices with ClassicLine gauge configuration to upgrade using the M1 Control Module without Telemetry (10198774), or our latest innovative portable handheld device LUNAR.

- G1 Facemask: Important Information on Product Availability
Three different lens options, such as STANDARD (PC - polycarbonate, non-coated), COATED (PC - polycarbonate, anti-scratch), and APEC, have been available with G1 Full facemask to date. Going forward, we will now consolidate these options and limit our offering to COATED and APEC only.
In the G1 Full facemask ATO Configurator, under the lens options, the option “E” denotes - PC Lens NON-COATED, which will no longer be made available. As a permanent replacement, we encourage our customers to select option “C,” which is a COATED PC lens.
In the meantime, we can confirm stock availability of more than 3500 G1 Full facemasks with NON-COATED PC lenses and are ready to cater to any urgent needs. The NON-COATED PC Lens Spare Part PN 10168597-SP will be phased out once stock is depleted and future orders will be diverted to the COATED LENS Spare Part PN 10176797-SP.
