Due to supply chain complexities, MSA will be discontinuing all glow-in-the-dark versions of the ALTAIR 2X Gas Detector effective June 30, 2022. Service and warranty replacement needs will be fulfilled with charcoal cases.

 Warranty and Service Details

• The Glow Front Case Replacement Assembly (P/N 10154597) will no longer be sold.
• If an ALTAIR 2X Glow product requires warranty replacement or service, the corresponding Charcoal Gray (C) version will be substituted to meet the need (P/N 10148956).
• No approvals or certifications of the device are changed by replacing a Glow (G) front case assembly with a Charcoal (C) front case assembly.
