MSA continues to see strong customer demand across our core products and markets. As we continue to deal with supply chain disruptions for certain product materials and components, our customers' preference for MSA technology is a testament to the MSA brand's power.

Given the pace of customer demand and a record backlog of orders, we established "improved factory throughput" as our top priority in 2022. Our MissionOPS organization remains laser-focused on product quality, operations, supply chain management, and demand planning.

For example, our MissionOPS quality associates have implemented nearly 250 error-prevention solutions this year, including some significant quality initiatives that have reduced "out of box" errors received by our customers. This work has helped us deliver a more positive customer experience.

Regarding supply chain management and demand planning, our MissionOPS teams are now using new procurement software in NNA. This new tool gives us a better line of sight regarding future stock-outs without getting too technical. They are also leveraging the software's capability for inventory optimization. As a next step, the team plans to deploy the software later this month in our EMEA region.
