Congratulations to MSA’s Customer Service Team for winning three bronze Stevie Awards: Customer Service Department of the Year, Front Line Customer Service Team of the Year and Contact Center of the Year.

About the Stevie Awards:  The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service is the world’s top awards program that recognizes excellence in sales, business development, customer service, and call centers worldwide.  More than 1,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes, and virtually every industry, were evaluated in this year’s competition.  The 2014 Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Awards were determined by more than 260 executives worldwide, who participated in the judging process.

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 21st at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.  Cindy Daugherty, Director of North American Customer Service, attended the gala and accepted the awards on behalf of her team.
