This article is to inform you that the ALTAIR® io360 Gas Detector is discontinued effective immediately. This includes all variants of the gas detector, associated accessories, grid subscriptions, and spare parts. Please note that the MSA HUB specific to the ALTAIR io360 (10200410 and 10200410) is also discontinued. 

The MSA HUB, Fire Service versions are not impacted by this discontinuation. 

The ALTAIR io360 has been on stop-ship since November 2021 while MSA evaluated options to continue supporting this product. However, due to an unexpected supplier issue with a major component, it is no longer possible to continue manufacturing or supporting the ALTAIR io360. 

For your patience and in an effort to make it right, we will be offering a refund for all ALTAIR io360 instruments and associated MSA Hubs through December 31, 2023. Please work with your MSA sales representative and channel partner to start the process.
