We are pleased to announce that repairs for Supreme Pro Electronic Hearing and Communications Devices are now being serviced in North America (NA). The repairs will be conducted at the Murrysville facility in Pennsylvania. The devices will no longer be shipped to the Sordin facility for repair ultimately improving overall turnaround times and freight cost savings. Applicable products include:

Please note the following exception: The components and configurations of the headsets sold through European organizations with reach into North America are often different than what we offer in North America. Therefore, MSA will not repair or service any product purchased directly from a European organization or any unauthorized dealer. Headsets purchased through European organizations are marked “MSA Sordin." The customer must contact MSA Sordin directly to obtain service on these products. We encourage customers within North America to purchase hearing and communication products through a North American authorized MSA distributor to receive the repair and service provided by MSA North America.
