Join us as we help those impacted by Hurricane Harvey

On Friday, August 25th, Hurricane Harvey made landfall just northeast of Corpus Christi, Texas.  This is the strongest storm to hit Texas since Hurricane Carla in 1961 and, according to the Associated Press, more than 60 people have been killed and many more injured in this disaster.  Many of us at MSA have personal connections to those cities affected in Texas, and of course, to our customers who were touched by the disaster.

According to the Red Cross, with whom MSA has a longstanding partnership, the best way to help is by making a financial donation.  Funds raised by the Red Cross are being used to purchase basic necessities like water, food, toiletries, infant formula, diapers, clothes, and pet food, among other items.

To aid in this effort, in working with the local Red Cross team, we have developed a microsite that will allow MSA associates, as well as friends of MSA, to easily and quickly make a donation:  https://www.redcross.org/donate/cm/msasafety-emp

As we have done in the past, in times of natural disaster, MSA will match all donations to the Red Cross up to $25,000.  Any amount helps – and thank you for doing what you can to help the Red Cross and, most importantly, those in need.
