Last month, MSA proudly sponsored an opportunity for twelve fire science students to experience unforgettable hands-on training at the Firehouse Expo in Nashville, Tennessee.  Nick Siemens, Fire Science Coordinator at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyoming, organized the trip across the country for his own students and several others.

Students observed and assisted trainees during live burn exercises and attended classes at the Expo, gaining invaluable experience at the very beginning of their fire service careers.  Not only did the students interact with firefighters and some of our nation's most notable instructors, but they were also given complimentary access to the full Firehouse Expo as part of this unique opportunity.
