We are pleased to announce that the General Monitors S5000 Gas Monitor by MSA meets the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) for DNV's Offshore Standards.  The MED is a European Directive that requires certain products installed in marine environments be marked with the “wheel mark” indicating that the products have been tested towards specific standards that deem them safe and certified for use. The General Monitors S5000 Gas Monitor has also obtained Type Approval to ensure access to all global marine markets.
