• Six fuel sources FM performance approved - butane, ethane, heptane, methane, methanol and propane
• Three LED indicators for alarm, fault and normal operating conditions
• Field of view up to 130°
• Rugged stainless steel housing
• Flexible communication with Relays, HART, Modbus, 4-20 mA sink or source communication

The FL500 also retains key features of our previous generation flame detectors including:

• Self-Check through the COPM (Continuous Optical Path Monitoring) self test which verifies the optical path integrity (window cleanliness) and the detector’s electronic circuitry every two minutes.
• The ability to safely test with our exclusive TL105 test lamp which simulates the flickering of a fire without the associated risk of an open flame.
