OSHA 1910.146 provides minimum standards for employers to follow when planning confined space entry but permit required confined spaces still remain the leading cause of fatalities. This webinar will discuss best practices vs. just meeting the minimum standards and which areas are insufficient and need change. Topics of discussion include:
