Production of the G64 Leather Presentation Fire Helmets is temporarily suspended due to the replacement of the mold press. Orders for G64 fire helmets placed after March 11, 2019 are affected.
The press that creates the "64 ribs" on the G64 Leather Presentation Fire Helmet is being replaced. As a result, production of G64 Leather Presentation Helmets has been temporarily suspended until the mold is complete. Production is expected to begin again in June 2019.
G64 Fire Helmet orders placed after March 11, 2019 will be delayed until production with the new tool begins. The tooling issue does not affect G5A Leather Presentation Fire Helmets so customers may want to consider ordering that model as an alternative.
