MSA's newest addition to the V-SERIES family of fall protection of products is the Utility Energy-Absorbing Lanyard. This lanyard will replace the current ArcSafe Lanyard and the phase-out is already in progress. Details are summarized below including a resourceful conversion chart with applicable part numbers and standards.
MSA is pleased to introduce the new V-SERIES Utility Energy-Absorbing Lanyard! This latest addition to the MSA V-SERIES family of fall protection products is replacing the ArcSafe® Energy-Absorbing Lanyards.
With the V-SERIES new look, smaller energy-absorber, and improved label protection, the transition from older style lanyards will be an easy choice. Also, the new V-SERIES Utility Lanyards will help simplify the product selection process using iconography that will make identifying lanyard type quick and easy.
