MSA ran a promotion throughout 2011 to celebrate Cairns 175 years of Excellence in Service. In exchange for a story, picture, or artifact relating to fire service, each participant was entered into the Win the Cairns Helmet of Your Choice contest. We were so overwhelmed by the response and moved by the personal stories and pictures, we produced a calendar to honor these firefighters for their selfless service and dedication.

This calendar features a small sampling of the stories and images we've received to-date. More can be found on our Cairns Community web page which is dedicated to preserving the history of Cairns Fire Helmets.
