MSA Increases Visibility and Shipping Speeds to Canada

With a continued focus on providing second to none customer experiences MSA saw an opportunity through our shipping channels. After investigating multiple options, a team worked diligently to implement the value-added shipping option UPS Canada Service Level through our distribution networks and manufacturing plants. This level not only expedites the shipping process but provides enhanced accountability through guaranteed package delivery dates.

Although the new option was released just a few weeks ago, our Canada customers are already reaping the benefits with:

  • Better service levels
  • Fewer days in transition
  • Improved visibility

“The impetus to increasing our service levels with UPS was to decrease days in transit while increasing visibility and accountability for our customers in Canada,” says Brandon Griffin, Director of Canadian Sales for MSA, who spearheaded the initiative.

To make sure our Canadian customers continue to receive these benefits, when shipping to Canada, MSA plants will utilize the UPS Worldwide Expedited/Saver delivery service. With it, UPS guarantees delivery in 2-3 business days, saving at least a day’s transit time and, in some cases, even more.
